Meet the Staff


Cindy – Office Manager 

Cindy is our front desk supervisor and multi-tasker.  She makes sure everything in the office is running smoothly and that our patients are happy and satisfied with their service.  She will be the person to care for you when you have any issues with your service or have any questions about our office.  Cindy has 20 plus years of dental experience working hands-on as a dental assistant and front desk receptionist. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.


Michele – Front Desk

Michele has been with Wake Forest Endodontics at the front desk for 4 years specializing in customer service and patient care. She believes that each patient is essential and enjoys the opportunity to help them have a great experience. In her free time, Michèle loves spending time with family and friends. Her hobbies are health & fitness, reading and cooking.


Chelley – Front Desk

Michelle is part of our Front Desk Team. At the office we call her “Chelley”.  She relocated to NC with her husband and two children from Rochester New York, and has resided in the heart of Wake Forest for 12+years. She’s worked in the Health field for 30 years, loving 8 of those years being in Dentistry. When she’s not at the office, she’s all about gathering family and friends.  She and her husband have a passion for travel, but she also just loves to be out adventuring locally and taking walks with her dog, Bruce. 



Jane – Professional Relations Director

Jane joined the Wake Forest Endodontics team in December 2017. She is a part-time team member and loves to help out wherever she is needed in the office. She moved to North Carolina in 1990 to attended school at NC State with her husband.  She has 4 children and loves to spend time with them, especially skiing together in Utah where she grew up.  She really enjoys working with Dr. Reynolds and and his staff at Wake Forest Endodontics!


Melinda – Dental Assistant

As a dental assistant team leader, Melinda is responsible for keeping the team energized, organized and ready to provide patients with the best care possible.  She became a member of Wake Forest Endodontics in 2014. Melinda, married with three daughters, also enjoys being a dog mom, watching hockey, baseball and spending her free time with  friends and family.


Rachel – Dental Assistant

Rachel’s passion for dentistry began when she first volunteered at a dental clinic for low income families. She enjoys how the science and medicine aspect of dentistry combines in perfect harmony with the artistic side. She loves assisting as she gets to meet many new people and gets to help them have a good experience. When not at work, Rachel enjoys painting, ballroom dancing and serving with her church. She spends a lot of time with her husband, family and friends. Her goal is to become fluent in Italian, which is her husband’s native language. She loves to travel and serve on mission trips.


Lessly – Dental Assistant

Lessly has been a dental assistant since 2019. She graduated from the Nc Dental U assisting program. She has a particular love for helping patients through their endodontic treatment. She see’s Wake Forest Endodontics as a family. In her free time, she enjoys going to the park with her 2 dogs Max and Toby, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.


Tara – Dental Assistant

Tara is a born and raised Tar Heel who grew up on a farm in northern Wake county. After 11 years in banking, she decided to pursue her passion for dentistry by attending NCDentalU and receiving her dental assisting credentials. After time in general dentistry, she decided to focus in Endodontics. She loves connecting with patients and helping to ease any dental anxieties. She lives with her fiancé right here in Wake Forest and they share three amazing children. In her spare time, she loves a great DIY project, experimenting in the kitchen, walks through our beautiful downtown area, and spending family time at their mountain cabin.


Tiffany – Dental Assistant

Tiffany is a DAII and has over seven years experience as a Dental Assistant.  After staying at home with her boys for  10 years, she started her dental career assisting in Pediatric Dentistry as she loved working with kids and then expanded into General Dentistry. Tiffany and her husband Patrick are both originally from Georgia, however have lived in North Carolina for 25 years.  She has three teenage boys that keep her busy with basketball and extracurricular activities.  She  has two pups, Carolina and Corey.  She enjoys spending time with family, being outdoors, painting, and loves watching UNC Tar Heel basketball.
